Thus, the understanding of the effect from characterization of antenna and waveform effect is important. The measurement data of distortion analysis due the antenna and human body of HB-UWB for WBAN were presented in this research report. The receiver waveform template was present to maximize system signal to noise ration. The equation of Friis had been used to evaluate the results. The proposed method is practical for the HB-UWB evaluation, UWB antenna design, and provide more precision to identify the waveform distortion.
