The essence of human life is happiness and contentment. Happiness is a state of mind devoid of any conflict, pain, anxiety, and apprehension. The human mind hosts cluster of thoughts. The thought process of the mind influences the activity of the brain and the body. Positive thoughts bring creativity, love, peace, and sanctity while the negative thoughts results to crime, hatred, terror, violence, and unhappiness. Thoughts related to past make you happy or unhappy and the future related thoughts are a cause of anxiety. Insignificant thoughts are the garbage in the mind, and we can say that various unnecessary thoughts are the cause of unhappiness and negativity. Channelizing the thoughts in a certain manner can ensure a state of “Sat Chitta Anand” (Eternally Blissful Mind) at individual level, and a collective state of EBM is the spectrum for Global peace and harmony. In this paper we propose a process that we define as “RISE” (Relax, Integrate, Stop and Expand) for transformation of the thoughts leading to the natural state of mind i.e. happiness. Orthographically, the word Chitta (or sometimes written as Chitta) is a Sanskrit word which means “mind”.

Wireless local area network (WLAN) has been exclusively research due to its widely used applications. Its operate frequency spectrum is in the ISM band and regulated in IEEE 802.11 family. Localization is one of the application which able to used WLAN signal. Its can be used in various applications such as logistics, security, disaster rescue operation tracking, and military service. Since the various kind of its applications is work in indoor environment, the indoor localization requires high accuracy. The receive signal strength (RSS) and time of arrival (TOA) are a parameter that used in the comparison between min-max technique and trilateration technique in this paper. In the measurement of this research, the frequency bandwidth is ranging from 2.3 GHz to 2.5 GHz, an access point is used to represent both of transmit antenna and receive antenna. The cumulative distribution function (CDF) is used for study the most accuracy.

The aim of this study focuses on explore the differentiate of current and expect situation for wellness tourism in Chiangmai. Today the world tourism has changes in accordance with the world economy that has hugely transformed and developed from the old way to digital economy. In addition, in present time people emphasize on healthiness and wellbeing, and they care to protect themselves from diseases. The situation leads to establishment of a new characteristic of tourism, which reflects people's interest in health care called “Wellness Tourism”. The study used qualitative research method to collect data by document analysis from literature review, observation, in-deep the interview and semi-structured interviews with key in-formant and analyze together. In the past, spas in Chiangmai had overlapped with other businesses for many years, causing them to be indistinctive. Many massage parlors secretly use the word “spa” while, in fact, they are only parlors that provide massage services without complete components of spas that should consist of sight, sound, smell, taste and touch. In fact, spas are a concept of health-promoting services. In order to provide Chiangmai with wellness services centers to balance bodies and minds, or so-called wellness tourism, entrepreneurs and related individuals should gain knowledge and understandings about upgrading tourism in Chiangmai from being cultural tourism to becoming wellness tourism

Brain Computer Interface (BCI) is a technology in which we control the machines with the help of the brain waves, thus the brain waves play a major role. The attention and meditation levels are very helpful in many aspects to know the strength of the attention of the children to the lecture and also used for the medication for the people with ADHD. Many applications (apps) are developed which give the visual representation of the brain waves like graphical representation, charts and also gives the values of different frequencies of the brain waves which are very helpful in the field of technology, medication and for designing games. There are many apps which are not supported by all the devices and many apps are not free of cost. In this paper, we are going to suggest and compare some application software which is freely available on the android Google store which displays the attention level or meditation levels or both and the features of the apps and calculate the accuracy or performance of the apps.

As the Internet of Things (IoT) era raise, billions of additional connected devices in new locations and applications will create new challenges. Security and privacy are among the major challenges in IoT as any breaches and misuse in those aspects will have the adverse impact on users. Among many factors that determine the security of any system, human factor is the most important aspect to be considered; as it is renowned that human is the weakest link in the information security cycle. Experts express the need to increase cyber resilience culture and a focus on the human factors involved in cybersecurity to counter cyber risks. The aim of this study is to propose a conceptual model to improve cyber resilience in IoT users that is adapted from a model in public health sector. Cyber resilience is improved through promoting security behavior by gathering the existing knowledge and gain understanding about every contributing aspects. The proposed approach is expected to be used as foundation for government, especially in Indonesia, to derive strategies in improving cyber resilience of IoT users.

This article has presented the design and analysis of the appropriate order quantity of drug dispensing for hospital using RFID technology to gather the research data. This study investigated the total quantity of 20 product items with high volume of consumption. The RFID system has been installed to read the type of drug and to count the number of drugs used and to send the collected data to the database. The data was then analyzed to determine the appropriate quantity of drug procurement. In this paper, Time Series Decomposition was used as forecasting method. The inventory was planned and managed by finding the economical order quantity using the Fixed EOQ Heuristic forecasting method to calculate and determine the quantity and the total cost of inventory. As a result, the total cost of economical order quantity was 96,604 baht.

Wireless ultra wideband (WUWB) technology is developed very fast in the past few years. It offers many competitive advantages. In communications, it can provide better performance for wireless network applications with high data rate and multimedia system. WUWB thus, communication systems have been subjected to extensive research and development projects. This paper focuses on the power delay profile in WUWB-IR system. This analysis emphasizes on power delay profile consideration between transmitter and receiver based on measurement data in an indoor environment. This research considers in an indoor environment for short range communication. The concept of model, we suppose the transmitter is a human body and receiver is general electric appliance for example television, camcorder, Laptop, Mobile phone and other appliances that can received signal from the human body.

Wireless localization for indoor radio wave propagation channels are significant interested research topic. The indoor localization is widely applying in wireless sensor network. Weighted centroid algorithm is one of the algorithm that able to work in range-free scenario of indoor localization. This research proposed the modified of weighted centroid algorithm with quadratic mean based on received signal strength of the frequency at 2.4 GHz. The ZigBee is a promising technology for operate at 2.4 GHz and good performance in the indoor environment. The experimental results are show as the average received signal strength value, the distance error, and the comparison of commutative distribution function of distance error between the normal weighted centroid algorithm and the modify weighted centroid algorithm at 1 m. The precision of modify weighted centroid algorithm is better than the weighted centroid algorithm more than 9% and have 17% no error position estimation.

This paper shows the feasibility of an LTE signal fingerprinting Device Free Passive localization system. The experimental setup considers one single LTE receiver in the monitored room. The paper shows that when ambient signals such as LTE are used, the use of RSSI as fingerprint provides very poor performance. CSI-based approaches demonstrate much better performance. Moreover, the system using CSI shape and statistical descriptors rather than direct CSI vectors is characterized by more stable performance also when the room configuration is changed (i.e., the furniture is moved).
