Secondly, it analyzes the existing problems, such as weak practical teaching in schools, lagging curriculum system construction, further exploration of school-enterprise cooperation, and lack of high-quality teaching staff for design majors. 摘要

随着中国经济的稳步发展,高素质的技能型设计人才仍存在较大缺口。本文结合应用型技术型大学设计专业人才培养的实践,探索了应用型技术型大学设计专业人才培养的新途径。本文首先分析了应用型技术型大学设计专业人才培养的内涵。其次,分析了设计专业存在的实践教学薄弱、课程体系建设滞后、校企合作深入探索、缺乏高素质的设计专业师资队伍等问题。最后,确立应用技术型大学设计专业人才培养思路,从提高学校实践教学质量等方面进一步优化课程体系,构建完善的校企合作机制,加强设计专业人才的师资队伍培养与建设。
