: With the emergence and widespread popularity of mobile Internet, there are various new things such as micro blog, wechat, micro film, etc., which begin with “micro”, forming a micro culture characterized by advocating “micro, small, fast”, and increasingly infiltrating into people daily life. Micro culture has the characteristics of popularization of communication subject, fragmentation of communication content and interaction of communication. Micro culture has both positive and negative effects on College Students values. To use micro culture to promote the education of College Students values, we must learn to use micro culture to improve the teaching of Ideological and political theory course in Colleges and universities; pay attention to the supervision of micro culture, strengthen the team construction of micro environment guides; rely on the guidance of core values to enrich the campus micro culture life; and improve the micro culture quality of college students.
