Climate change is one of the crucial problems facing our world. Countries, international organizations and non-governmental organizations are making efforts to find solutions to climate change and problems related to climate change. Governance theories and the economic, social and environmental problems our world is facing have also increased the responsibilities of states. The In this context, states are expected to exhibit sensitive and responsible governance to global problems. Responsible governance is becoming more complex with environmental justice, responsible and sustainable production and consumption elements.
