摘要

为了在不影响二次频率调节和用户舒适度的前提下,为一次频率调节提供有效的支持,本文研究了冰箱和热水器等家用总恒温负荷的控制。所分析的控制策略是ENTSO-E定义的控制策略和本文提出的三种替代策略。在MATLAB/Simulink™平台上实现了聚合载荷的动态模型并进行了测试。对撒丁岛电网模型进行了几次模拟,以评估所考虑的控制策略对提供频率调节服务的影响。
