Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi serta teknik analisis data secara ringkas, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan adalah kegiatan untuk merencanakan penggunaan dana operasional di sekolah, dan organisasi adalah pekerjaan manajer pelatihan dan mensintesis penggunaan dana operasional. Implementasi adalah penggunaan dana bantuan operasional untuk sekolah dan supervisi adalah verifikasi penggunaan dana dukungan operasional. \nABSTRACT \nThe purpose of this research is to describe the process of planning, organizing, implementing and controlling the administration of the Operational Support Fund. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation as well as data analysis techniques briefly, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that planning is an activity to plan the use of operational funds in schools, and organization is the job of training managers and synthesizing the use of operational funds. Implementasi Fungsi Manajemen Kepala Sekolah RA ( RAUDHATUL ATHFAL) terhadap Pengelolaan Program Bantuan Operasional Pendidikan (BOP) di Lembaga Pendidikan Raudhotul Athfal (RA) Kecamatan Ungaran Timur
ABSTRAK
