Six capacitors of this type were aged in an oven at the temperature of 90 °C for 1000 hours under normal ambient conditions and changes caused by ageing were monitored with the nonlinearity measurement. 摘要

以金属化聚丙烯薄膜为介质材料制成的自愈电容器在电力电子领域得到了广泛的应用。自愈过程使电容器局部缺陷的消除成为可能,延长了电容器的使用寿命。结果表明,测量电容器的V/A特性非线性是监测电容器质量的有效工具。在正常环境条件下,将6个该类电容器在90℃的烘箱中老化1000小时,并通过非线性测量监测老化引起的变化。结果表明,电容器的非线性随老化时间的延长而增大。
