摘要

优质的视频公开课展示了我国优秀专家教师先进的教学理念、独特的教学方法和丰富的教学成果。本研究采用Flanders互动分析系统和Nvivo分析软件,以专家型教师和职前教师的课堂教学视频为研究对象,对师生互动行为、教学问题设计、教学情绪等进行分析研究,探索专家型教师和职前教师在课堂教学中的差距,寻找改进和提升的方向。研究表明,专家型教师与职前教师的主要差距在于问题设计和教学情感。
