摘要

为了研究输电线连接管断线和管道接头的热力学特性,先后进行了钢芯铝绞线钢丝的拉伸试验、连接管断线接头的热力学分析和断线接头钢芯的金相试验。获得了钢芯铝绞线钢芯的抗拉强度、不同时间的温度载荷曲线以及断线接头钢芯的金相试验结果,最后对钢芯裸露截面进行金相试验。结果表明:钢芯铝绞线的抗拉强度符合标准,导体电流引起的连接管发热会影响计算的钢芯断裂力,钢芯裸露段在高温下运行一段时间后才被拉断。
