There was a significant (p<0.05) difference in all treated groups compared to group B on day 7 and 28 postinfection. Body weight decreased significantly (p≤0.01) in group B compared to the initial and final values. 摘要

研究了肌注杀锥虫剂对感染布氏锥虫的Wistar大鼠体温、体重和血液学指标的影响。25只成年Wistar大鼠随机分为5组。A组未感染,B组感染1×10寄生虫。C、D、E组给予与B组相同的剂量,分别给予3.5 mg/kg b.w.的二乙酸迪米纳津;1毫克/公斤体重的锥虫(异甲基氯)和1毫克/公斤体重的诺维虫(氯化Homidium)。C、D、E组PCV、WBC、中性粒细胞显著高于b组(p<0.05),嗜酸性粒细胞显著低于b组(p<0.05)。除a组外,其余各组体温均持续升高,感染后第7天和第28天各治疗组与B组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。B组体重较初始值和终值显著降低(p≤0.01)。这两种维生素单独服用都显示出杀锥虫和抗发热的活性,因此我们建议进一步研究它们的联合使用,以评估其在对抗或改善锥虫病耐药问题方面的协同作用。
