There is a problem of timely verification for mode interaction in the interfaces between the transmission system operator and distribution system operator. This article proposes an approach to line capacity management based on power control of electrical energy storage for distribution system operator. For this purpose, the location choice approach of electrical storage system in distribution network is proposed. This makes it possible to regulate the active power flow and ensure the dynamic stability under emergency of power system.
