MLAs were fabricated on a large scale with thermoplastic photoresist (PR) with Teflon coating and additional parylene coating to have high fill-factor and curvature. Fabricated MLAs were aligned with dynamic rotation between them to generate high-density diffraction pattern with uniformity using monochromatic laser light source.
