摘要

本文报道了双微透镜阵列(MLAs)的叠加产生用于混合三维内窥镜的高密度不规则点图案投影仪。采用热塑性光刻胶(PR)涂覆聚四氟乙烯和附加聚对二甲苯涂层,大规模制备了具有高填充系数和高曲率的MLAs。利用单色激光光源对制备的MLAs进行动态旋转排列,形成高密度、均匀的衍射图样。利用投影的结构化激光图案,可以计算出表面无纹理的三维物体沿物体表面逐渐变化的视差值。
