In Sabah, \"Kelupis\" is famous as a traditional food for the Malays of Brunei which is their favorite, even Kelupis is also a main dish, especially at festivals, engagement ceremonies, weddings and prayers. The scope of this study is focused on Sabah, especially the west coast areas, namely Kuala Penyu, Membakut, Beaufort, Bongawan, Kimanis, Benoni, Papar, Putatan and several areas involved in the settlement of the Brunei Malays in Sabah. This is because this area is still practicing and making traditional Brunei Malay food. In this study, the researcher will explain the traditional food of Brunei Malay Kelupis from the aspect of food production such as materials and equipment used, Kelupis processing techniques, design and so on. Apart from that, the researcher also discussed the perception of the Malays of Brunei Sabah on the acceptance of Kelupis traditional food. The Malays of Brunei have produced Kelupis not only eaten by the Muslim community, but also liked by people of different religions. The uniqueness of this Kelupis has commercial value as well as being able to attract the interest of other races in Sabah.
