Population in this research is employee who use application of information system of administration of population (SIAK), with sample of 45 employee by using Sampling Saturation technique that is sample determination technique when all member of population used as sample. The method of analysis using multiple regression analysis. From the research results obtained regression equation, shows a positive value. The hypothesis test result for partial test (t test) shows that when independent variables independently there is no influence on the dependent variable. While the three independent variables have an influence on the dependent variable. 摘要
本研究旨在确定:由(按程序、有特殊标准、有序管理)组成的信息系统管理人口(Information Systems Administration Population, SIAK)对人口与民事登记部门的员工有效性的部分和同时影响自变量。本研究的人群是使用人口管理信息系统(SIAK)的员工,当所有人群成员都作为样本时,采用抽样饱和技术即样本确定技术,样本为45名员工。分析方法采用多元回归分析。从研究结果中得到回归方程,显示为正值。部分检验的假设检验结果(t检验)表明,当自变量独立时,对因变量没有影响。而三个自变量对因变量都有影响。经调整后R方值的决定系数检验结果为0.320(32%),其余68%受本研究未检查的其他因素的影响。
