The response time of the phase shifter to control pulse corresponds to units of nanoseconds. On the base of analysis of properties of ferroelectric varactors the theoretical estimation of nonlinear behavior of digital-analog phase-shifter in two-tone input signal regime is executed. 摘要
分析了铁电薄膜变容管移相器数模工作原理的优点。理论研究的结果通过对1.8GHz器件的测试得到了验证,该器件的品质系数F=120°/dB,在带宽δ F / F ~ 5%范围内相位误差<±2°。移相器对控制脉冲的响应时间以纳秒为单位。在分析铁电变容器件特性的基础上,对双频输入信号域数模移相器的非线性特性进行了理论估计。提出了一种基于铁电变容管移相器的多层微带相控阵天线的预期参数。
