The motor was fed by three different methods. The first method is to use standard DC power supply, the second method is to use DC from rectifier circuit with filter capacitor supplied by 220V AC, and the third method is to use DC from rectifier circuit without filter capacitor supplied by 220V AC. 摘要
为了研究去除整流电路中的滤波电容对永磁直流电动机稳态性能的影响,以额定电压300V DC、180W的2极永磁直流电动机为研究对象,进行了仿真分析和实验研究。电机有三种不同的馈入方式。第一种方法是使用标准的直流电源,第二种方法是使用来自整流电路的直流滤波电容器由220 v AC,第三个方法是使用从没有滤波电容器的整流电路由直流220 v AC。结果表明,前两个方法的性能几乎相同的第三个方法显示了较大的电源电压的波动,电磁转矩和电枢电流等,降低速度,换向性能差,振动强,噪声大,系统效率低。
