In order to improve the accuracy of the decoding results, an improved extended min-sum (EMS) algorithm is proposed in this paper. By adopting the feedback idea of joint iterative detection algorithm and introducing the reliability and stability parameters, the new algorithm can mitigate the influence of Log-likelihood ratio (LLR) oscillation on the decoding result and adjust the update information of the check node properly, thereby improving the decoding accuracy. This method can effectively restrain the LLR oscillation and speed up the convergence rate, thus the final decision result can be amended. 摘要

与二进制LDPC码相比,非二进制低密度校验码(NB-LDPC)具有解决突发错误的优点。为了提高译码结果的精度,本文提出了一种改进的扩展最小和算法。新算法采用联合迭代检测算法的反馈思想,引入可靠性和稳定性参数,可以减轻对数似然比(LLR)振荡对解码结果的影响,并适当调整校验节点的更新信息,从而提高解码精度。该方法可以有效地抑制LLR振荡,加快收敛速度,从而对最终决策结果进行修正。仿真结果表明,改进的EMS译码算法提高了误码率性能,减少了平均迭代次数,同时附加计算量在可接受的范围内。
