The population of this research is All High School Teachers in Koto Parik Gadang Diateh District. The sampling technique was by using the proportional random sampling method. Questioners were distributed to 100 teachers. Data were analyzed by using path analysis and prosesed with SPSS 24. The Effect of Leadership, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction on High School Teacher Performance in Koto Parik Gadang Diateh District
