When dealing with the direct power transaction between provinces, we do not consider the impact of transmission loss, which greatly brings on unfair trading in the market. This paper builds a direct power transaction model between provinces considering the safety constraints and transmission loss. Considering the multiple operation modes of power grid, the model puts forward the measurement method of transmission loss and studies the ordering rule of direct power transaction between provinces. The rule considers the impact of transmission loss under the premise of giving priority to prices and giving priority to energy conservation and environmental protection. The model promotes the refinement of trading methods and maintains the fairness of transactions in power market. The result is relatively stable and can be used as empirical data for practical application. 摘要
