The pupils are more self-informed through different IT channels. From one side this information providessome refinement of knowledge, from other- organization of this knowledge ispoor and create new problems for teachers. As solution of this problem authorsuggests dialogical learning when activities of teachers and schoolchildren arebased in dialogical cooperation. Author analyses three possible forms ofdialogue and some experiments when they are used. These forms are teacher « learner, learner « learner and learner « source of information dialogue. Hepoints out conditions (political and educational), which can make dialogue moresuccessful. The author is sure, that dialogical learning is future of alleducational systems.
