摘要

基于internet的信息系统的快速发展增加了对易于建立和维护的自然语言接口的需求。不幸的是,深度理解自然语言查询的问题远未得到解决。本文提出了一种基于领域本体和问题模板的自动问答系统,该系统不需要对用户的问题有深入的了解。利用本体对感兴趣的领域进行建模,通过问题模板集合来描述概念的属性。系统通过将用户的问题与预定义的模板相匹配来捕获用户的意图,并返回与模板的查询焦点相对应的答案。该系统已应用于移动业务咨询领域,实验结果表明该系统具有较高的实用性和可维护性。
