In learning activities, motivation is needed as a driving force for students when following the learning process. The phenomenon found that during online learning many students do not have the motivation to learn. One way that can be used to increase student learning motivation is to provide self-efficacy training. Self-efficacy training can help students Community service activities aim to increase students' learning motivation through self-efficacy training. The subjects in this PkM activity were students of class X SMA Teuku Umar Semarang, totaling 60 students. The implementation method used in this training activity is to use the lecture and training method. The activity was carried out in two sessions, the first session was given motivational material and the second session was given self-efficacy material and training to increase self-efficacy. The data analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis. 摘要

如果学生的行为和学习成果发生了变化,那么学生的学习就会成功。在学习活动中,需要动机作为学生跟随学习过程的推动力。现象发现,在网上学习过程中,许多学生没有学习的动机。提高学生学习动机的一种方法是提供自我效能训练。社区服务活动旨在通过自我效能感训练来提高学生的学习动机。本次PkM活动的对象是X SMA Teuku Umar Semarang班的学生,共计60名学生。本次培训活动的实施方法是采用讲座+培训的方式。活动分两个阶段进行,第一个阶段提供激励材料,第二个阶段提供自我效能感材料和提高自我效能感的培训。使用的数据分析方法是描述性和定量分析。采用检验配对样本T检验的数据分析结果显示,学生的理解水平有所提高,前测和后测的平均差异得分分别为1.50和4.07,平均公平的T检验为2.567。关键词:自我效能训练;学生学习动机
