Kerupuk merupakan makanan ringan khas Indonesia yang disukai masyarakat sebagai makanan ringan atau lauk makan sehari-hari. Dalam proses penggorengan diperlukan keahlian khusus terutama agar kerupuk tetap matang dengan sempurna, dari suhu minyak yang panas, lamanya proses penggorengan disertai dengan membalik kerupuk agar matang dengan sempurna dan merata. Apalagi untuk kebutuhan memproduksi makanan ringan untuk oleh-oleh, dimana produksinya sangat banyak, juga akan membutuhkan banyak tenaga. Upaya yang dapat memberikan solusi efektif dan efisien terhadap permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan memanfaatkan teknologi. UD Krupuk Lobster Talok Turen merupakan salah satu sentra penghasil kerupuk rambak terbesar di Malang. Namun dalam proses produksi khususnya pada proses penggorengan masih menggunakan cara manual. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, mesin penggorengan otomatis diimplementasikan. Keunggulan dari Mesin Penggorengan Otomatis ini adalah lebih hemat energi karena mitra tidak perlu memanggang secara manual menggunakan spatula. Selain itu, kerupuk dapat matang merata, karena sistem pemanggangan yang otomatis dan stabil sehingga kerupuk dapat matang dengan sempurna. Hasil dalam pengabdian ini antara lain terwujudnya unit berkapasitas 20 kg dalam sekali proses, alih teknologi dan pengetahuan khususnya mengenai pengoperasian dan perawatan mesin penggorengan otomatis; dan produktivitas UD Kerupuk Lobster Talok Turen mencapai 30%. karena sistem pemanggangannya otomatis dan stabil sehingga kerupuk bisa matang dengan sempurna. Abstract: The fact that teaching mathematics studies show that some students are less able to learn mathematical concepts. The use of manipulative learning media is considered to facilitate students in learning. Universities as determinants of educated graduates accommodate the achievement of graduates who have the ability according to the formulation in the IQF qualification level. The Unikama Mathematics Education Study Program develops skills in making learning media through assistance to pre-service teachers. The problems faced by pre-service teachers include the need for skills to design learning media that are fun and meaningful for students. Based on the problems of the pre-service teachers, the service provider provides a solution in the form of assistance in designing meaningful learning media for students. The learning media offered is manipulative. Manipulative learning media can improve students' understanding of mathematical concepts. Evaluation of the assistance in making manipulative media by pre-service teachers is carried out through class presentations. Each pre-service teacher explained the materials and tools used and how to make manipulative media. Pre-service teachers also convey how to use it. Teachers are crucial in increasing student interest in learning through books or teaching materials that are attractive, contextual, and interactive. This service activity is carried out considering the needs of the elementary teachers at SD Nogosari 06 Rambipuji district. The problem that arises is the lack of understanding and ability of elementary teachers to establish interactive textbooks. This service activity was conducted for three months, with the substantial covering the introduction of the categories of textbooks and the preparation of textbook drafts. The method used in this activity is using lectures and discussions. The findings indicated that teachers are becoming more aware of the importance of preparing textbooks. The implementation of this activity also received a positive response from the SDN Nogosari 06 Rambipuji District teachers.

This community service activity targets local institutions as agents of change in the community. It is hoped that local institutions can socialize and even move the community to be critical of the problems often faced by pre- and post-partum mothers. The methods used in this community service are socialization, discussion, question and answer, sharing experiences which are carried out through three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The result of the community service implementation is the critical awareness of the participants as seen from the ability of participants to be able to identify problems in their environment related to pre- and post-partum maternal health problems such as identifying forms of bullying. Participants were also able to identify factors causing health problems faced by pre- and postpartum mothers such as early marriage to how cultural hegemony or myths developed in society.

Abstrak : Asesmen nasional terdiri atas tiga instrumen yakni Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM), survei karakter, dan observasi lingkungan belajar. Dua kompetensi dasar yang diukur pada AKM adalah literasi membaca dan literasi matematis (numerasi) yang bertujuan melatih keterampilan berpikir logis-sistematis siswa. Wijaya (2016) menemukan bahwa siswa SMP di salah satu kota di Indonesia tidak bisa mendapatkan tiga karakteristik dari literasi matematika ketika mengerjakan soal PISA (Programme for International Student Assessment). Sementara itu, terdapat penelitian yang menyatakan bahwa siswa SMA juga mengalami kekurangan pada beberapa indicator literasi , diantaranya adalah indikator pemahaman (Sari dan Wijaya, 2017). Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah guru matematika SMP di Kota Blitar yang tergabung dalam MGMP Matematika SMP Kota Blitar. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa guna menghadapi AKM. Mekanisme pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan mengadopsi langkah-langkah action research yang terdiri dari 4 (empat) tahapan, yaitu: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan evaluasi, serta refleksi. Pada tahap tindakan, pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan menjadi dua kegiatan yang dilakukan secara luring dan daring. Pelatihan pertama memberikan materi tentang literasi dan numerasi secara luring. Kegiatan daring dilakukan secara asinkron. Kegiatan asinkron berupa aktivitas peserta untuk mengerjakan tugas secara mandiri yang diberikan oleh pemateri ketika kegiatan luring.

Pertumbuhan ekonomi sangat banyak disumbang oleh sektor mikro salah satunya Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). UMKM memiliki peran nyata terhadap kontribusi pertumbuhan ekonomi sebesar 60% mendorong perekonomian dan 97% dapat menciptakan lapangan kerja (Warta Ekonomi, 2016). Masa pandemi tahun 2020 – 2021 ini berdampak negatif pada perekonomian dan dunia usaha, termasuk UMKM. UMKM merupakan alternatif solusi mengatasi permasalahan ketengakerjaan karena terbatasnya kesempatan kerja yang tersedia. Namun demikian, dengan adanya pandemi tidak sedikit UMKM yang mengalami kemunduran usaha dikarenakan adanya pembatasan aktivitas masyarakat oleh pemerintah. Namun di sisi lain, terdapat UMKM yang justru mengalami peningkatan omzet usaha. Hal tersebut dikarenakan UMKM dapat beradaptasi dan berinovasi dengan menggunakan platform digital untuk menjangkau konsumen. Interpersonal communication within the group becomes an important factor in achieving group goals. From the results of the needs analysis, it was known that interpersonal communication faced by service partner groups was rooted in assertive communication skills. For this reason, assertive communication training was chosen in service activities to improve the knowledge, attitudes, and skills of service partner groups. This community service partner was the “Arsa Community”, with 10 participants. The training was designed as psychoeducation using lecturing methods, giving modules, and online discussions. Data were collected using questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results showed that quantitatively, psychoeducation could significantly improve the knowledge, attitudes, and assertive communication skills of service partners. Furthermore, qualitatively it was known that Arsa Community’s members understood much more about the importance of interpersonal communication skills after attending this psychoeducation. The results of this community service were discussed to achieve a more comprehensive perspective in doing as well as choosing several media in community service.

From the results of the needs analysis, it was known that interpersonal communication faced by service partner groups was rooted in assertive communication skills. For this reason, assertive communication training was chosen in service activities to improve the knowledge, attitudes, and skills of service partner groups. This community service partner was the “Arsa Community”, with 10 participants. The training was designed as psychoeducation using lecturing methods, giving modules, and online discussions. Data were collected using questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results showed that quantitatively, psychoeducation could significantly improve the knowledge, attitudes, and assertive communication skills of service partners. Furthermore, qualitatively it was known that Arsa Community’s members understood much more about the importance of interpersonal communication skills after attending this psychoeducation. Abstract: The development of coffee in Indonesia continues to experience significant progress. This is due to the increasing consumption of coffee among the Indonesian people. So that the growth of coffee shops has increased rapidly and experienced intense competition. Intense competition makes coffee shop entrepreneurs compete to offer their best service to attract customers. The absence of five-dimensional customer service excellence is one of the deficiencies that Humble Espresso coffee shop. Therefore, the goal of this training activitiy program is to improve is to increase service quality knowledge and improve barista performance in order to provide fast and professional service to customers. The activity method used is observation, training, and evaluative. The results of the activities achieved were an increase in service quality knowledge and an increase in barista service performance based on the results of the previous questionnaire distribution of 60% and an increase of 80% after training and positive customer perceptions on Google reviews.

Indonesia masih menghadapi tantangan besar untuk mengatasi tingginya angka kematian yang disebabkan oleh kelahiran prematur. Kelahiran prematur merupakan kelahiran yang terjadi sebelum kehamilan mencapai usia kandungan 37 minggu. Bayi prematur berisiko mengalami komplikasi sehingga memerlukan perawatan kesehatan di Unit Rawat Intensif Neonatus (NICU). Selain dari perawatan kesehatan, peran dari orang tua bayi prematur (PRIMI) lulusan NICU sangat krusial untuk menjamin perkembangan dan kualitas hidup dari bayi prematur. Pada program pengabdian masyarakat yang dijalankan ini, intervensi dilakukan pada 20 orang tua bayi prematur lulusan NICU RSUD Dr. Soetomo dalam upaya memberikan pelatihan terkait perawatan bayi prematur di rumah, meningkatkan kemampuan pengawasan orang tua terhadap tumbuh kembang bayi, serta membentuk suatu komunitas orang tua yang mandiri dalam bidang kesehatan anak. Penilaian dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner pre-test dan post-test 6-item terkait kesehatan bayi prematur. Orang tua menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan terkait kesehatan bayi prematur, ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan rerata nilai menjadi 89,24 dari 59,9 atau sebanyak 42,3% pada hasil post-test dibandingkan dengan pre-test. Orang tua bayi prematur yang hadir menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dan merasa cukup puas dengan jalannya acara. Intervensi lanjutan, pemandirian komunitas, dan keterlibatan dari organisasi diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat yang lebih besar ke depannya dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayananan kesehatan pada bayi prematur di Indonesia.

Students are said to be successful in learning if there is a change in student behavior and learning outcomes. In learning activities, motivation is needed as a driving force for students when following the learning process. The phenomenon found that during online learning many students do not have the motivation to learn. One way that can be used to increase student learning motivation is to provide self-efficacy training. Self-efficacy training can help students Community service activities aim to increase students' learning motivation through self-efficacy training. The subjects in this PkM activity were students of class X SMA Teuku Umar Semarang, totaling 60 students. The implementation method used in this training activity is to use the lecture and training method. The activity was carried out in two sessions, the first session was given motivational material and the second session was given self-efficacy material and training to increase self-efficacy. The data analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis. The results of data analysis using the testpaired sample t-test showed an increase in student understanding with a mean difference score of 1.50 Pretest and Posttest 4.07 with a T Test for mean equity of 2.567.
