摘要

高校大型精密仪器设备作为学科建设、人才培养、科研创新和社会服务的重要支撑平台,对支撑国家科技发展具有重要的战略意义。为了优化精密仪器资源配置,实现精密仪器使用效益最大化,有必要建立精密仪器共享效益评价体系。评价指标的权重对评价结果有重要影响。本文提出了高校大型仪器设备效益共享的线性权重评价方法,并采用层次分析法确定指标权重,从而形成科学的大型仪器设备效益共享评价体系。
