This paper is aiming to explore the relationship between social stratification and educational inequality through a case study of two high schools in the Detroit area, where distinct differences between poor communities and the wealthy ones are reflected. Two public high schools, Denby High School and Grosse Pointe South High School, will be examples of two different types of high schools in the U.S. education system. The study collects data to compare their educational qualities and the students’ backgrounds. The results show that the school which has students with a better family background provides higher educational quality. This evidence lends qualified support to the status quo that education is reinforcing the social classes instead of giving low-income family opportunity.

With the continuous growth of the national economy, the demand for public transportation has increased and the requirements for public transportation’s economy, comfort and portability have deepened. The construction of urban public transportation should be strongly pushed forward to attract more citizens to travel by it, which will alleviate urban traffic congestion. As the increasing urbanization of Zhanjiang City, the number of motor vehicles in urban areas has shown a high-speed development, which has caused huge challenges in traffic management. Therefore, the essay uses a variety of research methods in the process, learning and drawing on the experience of traffic management in large and medium-sized cities at home and abroad, and exploring the main causes of urban congestion. In terms of the development of public transportation in Zhanjiang City, the problems existing in the current stage of Zhanjiang City are summarized and implementing measures are proposed, including a sound management system, guarantee of the investment in the construction of the transportation network structure and strengthening the infrastructure of the station.

Flipped Classroom” is an independent, interactive and personalized teaching mode based on network technology environment. In order to solve the problems existing in the teaching of traditional situation and policy courses, the teaching mode “Flipped Classroom” based on MOOCs and "micro class" has been put forward. As the research object is a group of 56 students majoring in clinical medicine in Shaanxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine, teaching practice work and the situation of mastering knowledge of the “Flipped Classroom” are evaluated, analyzed and summarized in this paper. The results showed that the students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group (p <0.05) in the all three aspects, and 83.92% of the students were willing to continue to carry out the “Flipped Classroom” teaching mode. This paper suggested that “Flipped Classroom” can not only strengthen basic knowledge learning, but also improve the students' learning interest and train their teamwork ability.

Relying on the "entrepreneurship" to overcome bureaucracy and establish an efficient government is an important content of modern new public governance. During the outbreak of covid-19, "red society" was criticized for its responsibility in the emergency material support work. Therefore, a sound emergency material support system should not adopt the traditional government's all-embracing mode, but should better play the role of the social material system. Based on the analysis of the dilemma of the "Red Society" under the traditional public governance, this paper puts forward the idea of constructing a normalized emergency material support system under the supervision of the government and the market operation based on the entrepreneurship, so as to effectively enhance the emergency response capability, improve the allocation efficiency of emergency materials between the government and the Red Cross, and create higher social benefits.

Since the development of artificial intelligence (AI) and big data has changed the traditional business model, business school students are facing more challenges in these days. They should master inter-disciplinary skills both in IT and OR to keep competitive in career market. It is also an opportunity for business school to combine OR and IT courses in order to revise the traditional course structure in business school. In order to discuss the possibility and necessity of OR and IT combined course system in business school, firstly we review the development of OR courses system. Then we discuss the structure design and curriculum relationship of OR and OR related course systems. After the discussion, we study the reconcile of IT and OR courses that meets different requirement of students’ IT ability. Finally, we make a case study of teaching practice at Guizhou University of Commerce to discuss the effect of OR and IT combined courses system and how this system meets the need of “new business studies”.

The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 has not only seriously threatened the safety of people’s life and property, but also brought severe challenges to governments at all levels. Due to the relative lack of information and medical resources in rural areas, the problem of ineffective response to epidemic situation is inevitable. This paper analyzes the prevention and control measures of S town in Sichuan Province. On this basis, it further investigates the problems in the response to public health emergencies in rural areas, and puts forward corresponding improvement measures so as to provide reference for China's public health emergency management system.

The purpose of this study is to propose strategies for market-oriented recruitment and exit of professional managers, and to provide strategic references for state-owned group companies to implement the system of professional managers.As the result of the study, the construction of professional managers system in state-owned group enterprises should adopt a bottom-up, pilot first, and steadily promoted approach. In the selection and recruitment mode, professional managers can be introduced for some senior management positions, or professional managers can be introduced for the entire senior management team as a whole.In the selection and recruitment channels, state-owned group enterprises may adopt internal selectionor external selection of professional managers. In the market-oriented exit strategy, state-owned group enterprises may choose internal exit strategy or external exit strategy differently according to the source of professional managers.

2020 marks the 200th anniversary of Engels's birth. It has been more than 170 years since He and Marx issued Communist Manifesto, and more than 40 years since China's reform and opening up. The abolition of private ownership" in the Communist Manifesto is to eliminate capitalist ownership and its concept. It is the unity of purpose and regularity. The elimination of private ownership does not depend on people's subjective will, but on conditions. China does not have the conditions to eliminate private ownership in the primary stage of socialism. We must adhere to the "two unswervingly". With the increasing number of online shoppers, the ways that people shop are changed significantly. Researchers and store planners have acute interests in the customers purchasing behavior on online stores, and the reason that increasingly number of people prefer online shopping. The survey was done in China, mainly analyzing the purchasing behavior of online customers in China. The survey collected the information of Chinese people’s purposes of choosing shopping channel, Chinese customers preference on buying certain products online, and the elements that will affect customers’ shopping feelings. T-test has been done to analyze the significance of the data and information. The survey provides the findings of Chinese customers’ general trend of the purposes, products, and the elements that they care when shopping online. Meanwhile, the survey also analyzes an important finding of the relationship gender, products, and the elements that people care during shopping. Because of the participants, this article gives many information and knowledge about the Chinese people’s shopping behavior and preferences; this article could also be used as a reference for online businesses.

In the era of "Internet +", online education has flourished, and the recent COVID-19 epidemic has further brought it into the public eye. Despite the high expectations placed on online education, there are still many people in society who are skeptical and worried about its quality. At present, there are few related researches about the efficiency management of online education, so it is important to explore the factors influencing the efficiency management of online education. In this paper, the S-O-R environmental psychology paradigm was used to investigate the influence of transactional distance on efficiency management. It is found through study that the transactional distance has a positive effect on efficiency management, and learning viscosity plays a part of the mediating effect, that is, transactional distance acts on efficiency management by affecting learning viscosity. Based on the conclusion above, some suggestions were put forward on how to optimize the efficiency management of online education.
