摘要

基于TRIZ(创造性问题解决理论)的管理创新方法研究将显著提高中国企业管理冲突解决能力。TRIZ工具,即40条创新原则,已经成为TRIZ方法在企业管理中最常用的应用。然而,该方法在操作层面面临着筛选合适创新原则的困难,严重阻碍了该方法的正常应用。本研究采用德尔菲法选择合适的创新原则。本文以“提高产品和服务质量vs.降低成本”的一般管理参数之间的冲突解决为例,探讨40条创新原则对冲突解决的影响。采用德尔菲法对专家组进行多轮问卷调查,并对回收问卷进行分析,得出合理的原则选择。
