The specific purpose of this research is: (1) To find out the level of professional Competence of vocational teachers in understanding the Curriculum in 2013 in Bengkulu City; (b) To find out the level of pedagogic Competence of vocational teachers in understanding the Curriculum in 2013 in Bengkulu City; (c) To find out the level of personality competence of vocational teachers in understanding the Curriculum in 2013 in Bengkulu City; (d) To find out the level of social Competence of vocational teachers in understanding the 2013 curriculum in Bengkulu City. This research method uses a descriptive-analytical research approach. This research wants to describe the basic competency level of vocational teachers in understanding the Curriculum in 2013. This research place is at SMK in Bengkulu City. The population in this research were all vocational teachers in Bengkulu City. This research sample relates to the level of Competence of vocational teachers in understanding the Curriculum in 2013, amounting to 50 teachers. Sampling is used using random sampling techniques with lottery techniques—data collection techniques using questionnaires and documents. Questionnaires are used to trace data on the basic level of Competence of vocational teachers in understanding the Curriculum in 2013. To see and prove that the questionnaire is valid is done expert validation. The document was used to collect data on the number of teachers in SMK Kota Bengkulu. After the data is verified, processed with statistical percentage techniques, analyzed, and made conclusions. 摘要

本研究的总体目的是确定2013年班古鲁市职业教师理解课程的基本能力水平。本研究的具体目的是:(1)了解2013年蚌埠市职业教师对课程理解的专业能力水平;(b)了解2013年蚌库鲁市职业教师理解课程的教学能力水平;(c)了解2013年蚌埠市职业教师对课程理解的人格能力水平;(d)了解蚌库鲁市2013年课程中职业教师的社会能力水平。本研究方法采用描述性分析研究方法。本研究旨在描述2013年职业教师对课程理解的基本能力水平。这个研究地点在Bengkulu市的SMK。本研究的人群均为白古鲁市的职业教师。本研究样本涉及2013年职业教师理解课程的能力水平,共50名教师。抽样使用随机抽样技术与彩票技术-数据收集技术使用问卷调查和文件。采用问卷调查法对2013年中职教师对课程理解的基本能力水平进行数据追踪。为了验证问卷的有效性,需要进行专家验证。该文件用于收集哥打明古鲁SMK教师人数的数据。对数据进行验证后,用统计百分比技术进行处理,分析,得出结论。研究得出结论:(1)2013年新加坡小学哥打明古鲁教师对课程的理解能力水平为52%(非常理解)和48%(充分理解);(2) 2013年,SMK哥打明古鲁教师对课程的专业能力水平为31.5%(充分理解)和68.5%(非常理解);(3) 2013年小学教师在理解课程方面的人格能力水平分别为17.3%(充分理解)和82.6%(非常理解);(4) 2013年小学教师对课程理解的社会能力水平分别为42.4%(充分理解)和56.6%(非常理解)。
