摘要

电力部门的改革开放使电力系统控制的任务发生了实质性的变化。在竞争性市场中,对经营制度的有效控制变得尤为重要。本文给出了最优控制任务的表述,描述了四种不同能源仿真的简化模型,并在数值算例中考虑了优化任务的求解方法,评价了关键参数对最优状态选择的影响。为了确定最优解,应用了以下数学规划方法:动态规划-有效利用水力资源,线性规划-优化其他发电厂和进口。上述方法的使用保证了全局最优的获取。
