Development of single-switch model for current sensorless control of bidirectional half-bridge AC/DC converter 双向半桥交/直流变换器无电流传感器控制单开关模型的研制

The cost and size of switched mode power supplies can be reduced by eliminating the measurement of inductor's instantaneous current value. This paper discusses the implementation of current sensorless control algorithm for bidirectional half-bridge AC/DC converter that allows shaping inductor's current without current sensor. The operation of half-bridge converter has been simplified to an equivalent single-switch model that simplifies implementation of a digital control system. The simulation results have confirmed the analytical assumptions and correctness of mathematical model.

Evaluation of cell balancing solution with a custom energy measurement device design 用定制的能量测量装置设计评估电池平衡解决方案

A simple yet suitable energy meter has been developed and described to estimate the performance of a previously designed electric kart lithium ion battery pack cell balancing module. A brief introduction regarding the battery pack and battery management system with passive dissipative resistor balancing construction under investigation is given. Both hardware and software design of the energy measurement device is described. A simple charging/discharging experiment results are presented to show some basic properties of the battery system.

Evaluation of stability of several LED drivers in smart lighting applications 智能照明应用中几种LED驱动器的稳定性评估

The operation stability and robustness are usually the main criteria for the practically implemented systems. This is especially critical in LED lighting applications, where voltage regulators are used to control current of nonlinear LED load. Also the parameters of the load significantly changes with the temperature change and bin change even for the same brand LEDs. The control system of LED driver must effectively compensate the above mentioned disturbances. In the scope of this article the inherent stability (open-loop frequency response) and the stability of closed loop-system of several converter topologies used in LED lighting applications are analyzed.

Short-term wind speed forecasting with ARIMA model 用ARIMA模式预报短期风速

The paper deals with the short-term forecasting of wind speed for the Laukžeme wind farm (Lithuania) using time series approach. The ARIMA model was selected and its best structure determined using the historical wind speed data (4 months) and varying both learning interval (3-5 days) of the model and the factual data averaging time (1-6 hours). The accuracy of forecasting was evaluated in terms of RMSE and absolute error. The forecasting results for 39 consecutive time intervals with 6-48 hourly forecasts are presented and discussed.

Cost-effective photoenergy installation 具有成本效益的光电装置

The paper discusses ways to reduce the cost of photoenergy systems by a selecting of appropriate design and schematics of the installation components. To improve the efficiency of solar energy utilization new hybrid installations with solar radiation concentrators are proposed, which can supply not only electricity, but also heat, including hot water preparing. It is proposed to implement different structural and technological solutions, depending on the basic specialization of the installation: generation of electricity or thermal energy, the need for auxiliary source of electrical energy, etc.

Efficient strategies of competence based qualifications and apprenticeship training systems, reducing repair duration and improving interruptions causes indices of human factors, installation quality, weather, maintenance and repairing quality.

Study of generator modes effects on electric power quality and air gap 发电机模式对电能质量和气隙影响的研究

The study examines hydroelectric power generator characteristics, voltage quality, air gap and vibration, in different operational modes - no-load mode, 90, 45, 10 MW load, 90 MW load with -50 MVAr to 20 MVAr reactive power and synchronous compensator mode with 0 MW-20 MW active power and synchronous compensator mode with -10 MVAr to -60 MVAr reactive power. Developed framework for power quality and air gap measurements assessment of hydropower generator shows that correlation exists between voltage, air gap and vibration characteristics. Analysis and comparison of different operational modes are performed to identify, which modes are important during diagnostics of machine condition in hydroelectric generators.

Simulation study of high step-up quasi-Z-source DC-DC converter with synchronous rectification 同步整流高升压准z源DC-DC变换器仿真研究

This paper discusses the performance improvement method of the recently popular galvanically isolated quasi-Z-source DC-DC converter. In order to decrease the conduction losses in the quasi-Z-source network and voltage doubler rectifier the replacement of diodes by the N-channel MOSFETs was analyzed. The proposed approach was validated by the computer simulations in PSIM environment with accurate models of the semiconductors based on the device datasheet values. Finally, the power losses and resulting efficiency of the proposed quasi-Z-source DC-DC converter with synchronous rectification were compared to those of the traditional topology.

Solar tracker supervisory system 太阳能跟踪器监控系统

Most of the solar trackers do not have any feedback of their position, so the only possibility to check real position is visual inspection. This paper describes a device that can be used to supervise solar trackers and in the case of faulty operations it sends alarm. The main task was to develop the device easy in implementation. The device implementation does not assume a rebuilding of solar tracker construction. It has to be stuck to back side of photovoltaic panel. An accelerometer in couple with magnetometer is used to measure real position of panel, and microcontroller checks the correctness of the position.

Proposed Piezoelectric Energy Harvesting in Mobile Robotic Devices 移动机器人装置中的压电能量收集

Mobile robots are being utilized increasingly in many applications, which include the exploration of relatively unknown environments including aerial, undersea, volcanic or even alien environments such as the plateaus and deserts of Mars where the Curiosity or Rover robot and others continue to explore. Due to their mobile nature these robots present us with many problems in the area of energy conservation. Mobile robots require more efficient energy saving techniques, due to their inherent self-sustained and self-constrained energy systems. The article is intended to inspire research among the power electronics community on the possibilities of new restorative energy techniques, including the small changes to infrastructure required to enable utilization of these methods. The restorative energy device, described herein, denotes a device that harvests collectable power from the general motion, weight and inclinations of the machine in both factory and remote locations.

Due to their mobile nature these robots present us with many problems in the area of energy conservation. Mobile robots require more efficient energy saving techniques, due to their inherent self-sustained and self-constrained energy systems. The article is intended to inspire research among the power electronics community on the possibilities of new restorative energy techniques, including the small changes to infrastructure required to enable utilization of these methods.
