摘要

本文提出了一种新的AC/DC/AC变换器拓扑结构,即三相开关模式整流器(SMR)和具有独立直流电源的三相多电平逆变器。为改善电能质量,采用三相SMR提供高功率因数、高电流畸变的正弦波。单独的直流母线电压由开关模式DC-DC转换器提供。采用全桥电池提供多级线路电压。三相多电平逆变器的控制方案是基于查找表的正弦三角形PWM方法。该控制方案有效地解决了直流母线电压之间的电压不平衡问题。计算机仿真验证了所提出的AC/DC/AC变换器的有效性。
