Based on a thematic analysis, the findings revealed five main themes, namely (1) combining Islamic and modern education, (2) building school and community relationships, (3) integrating theory and practice, (4) producing open-minded persons, and (5) producing future education leaders. This study concludes that Indonesian Islamic schools combine pedagogy of learning based on Islamic principles and worldwide values. 摘要

本研究的主要目的是探讨本德现代达鲁萨兰国贡托尔(PMDG)学校领导对当今综合伊斯兰学校概念的理解。采用定性案例研究方法,对PMDG的10名学校领导进行了访谈。他们包括6名学校领导,3名高级教师和1名在PMDG担任重要角色并直接参与学生活动的高级职员。基于主题分析,研究结果揭示了五大主题,即:(1)结合伊斯兰教与现代教育;(2)建立学校与社区关系;(3)理论与实践相结合;(4)培养思想开放的人;(5)培养未来的教育领导者。本研究的结论是,印尼伊斯兰学校结合了基于伊斯兰原则和世界价值观的学习教学法。在领导能力和能力建设方面,一项新的战略被强制执行,以培养出平衡的人,以取得宗教和世俗事务的成功。
