Firstly, the definition of wrong-logic area is given according to the minimum power distribution area. Then, from the following three aspects of whether to locate the correct fault area, whether to locate the false fault area and whether to find the wrong-logic region, the fault locating results are classified into three situations. Considering these three situations, a fault-tolerant fault location method is put forward in this paper. The simulation result shows and verifies the correctness and the good fault tolerance ability of this method.
