摘要

当前的改造成本估算过程不仅依赖于新建建筑的历史数据,而且与基于风险的估算方法的关联性较差。因此,达不到初始预算的风险很高。为了克服这一点,基于风险的评估方法是必要的,它提供了一个概率评估,考虑到进行改造项目的潜在风险因素。此外,决策过程应与基于风险的估计结果相联系,而不是基于直觉和/或基于经验的估计。本研究通过开发一种详细的方法,逐步实现住宅改造项目的概率估计过程。新提出的评估方法可以通过有效地反映项目早期的潜在风险因素,帮助改造项目的决策是否进行。此外,通过建立可持续的评估过程模型,通过建立成本-风险关系数据库结构,实现基于风险的评估,从而提高评估结果的可靠性。
