Its marginalization in practical teaching is contrary to its importance in theoretical sense. In this paper, on the premise of reviewing the domestic and foreign studies on general education and combining college Chinese, the comprehensive evaluation model was used to investigate the current situation of college Chinese, and a teaching quality evaluation index system based on the characteristics of application-oriented universities was proposed. Through the application of fuzzy mathematics theory, the evaluation model of teacher teaching quality based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was constructed, so as to realize the quantitative description of teacher teaching quality evaluation by combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. Research on university curriculum group construction system based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model
