In this paper, the author uses LabVIEW application software as the development platform, and a variety of test instrument integrated control to form a fully automated measurement system. Hardware devices include electronic load, multimeter and power analyzer. They communicate with LabVIEW of host computer through different connection modes such as RS232 serial port and call DLL. The measurement data obtained from the experiment were stored in the MySQL database through LabVIEW, and the Excel table was exported to generate the printed report. 摘要

近年来,随着测量技术的飞速发展,人们对测量的速度和效率提出了更高的要求。虚拟仪器集成控制系统可以大大提高测试的速度和精度,同时可以实时采集大量数据,具有良好的可重复性和可扩展性,操作界面美观简单。在本文中,笔者以LabVIEW应用软件为开发平台,与多种测试仪器集成控制,组成了一个全自动的测量系统。硬件设备包括电子负载、万用表和功率分析仪。它们通过RS232串口和调用DLL等不同的连接方式与上位机LabVIEW进行通信。将实验得到的测量数据通过LabVIEW存储在MySQL数据库中,并导出Excel表格生成打印报告。本测试系统的建立大大提高了实验室的测试效率,同时提高了测量数据的实时性和准确性,节省了大量的时间和人力,具有很好的应用价值。
