B-mode Ultrasound Texture Recognition Algorithm of Liver Based on Random Forests 基于随机森林的肝脏b超纹理识别算法

With the advantages of non ionizing radiation, real-time imaging, multi-directional tomography and dynamic observation of blood flow, B-mode ultrasound has become the preferred method for imaging examination of some organs such as liver, gallbladder, pancreas and spleen. On the one hand, the B-ultrasound diagnostic doctor fixed his eyes on the screen of B- ultrasound monitor, on the other hand, he operated the probe to move on the patient's position to be examined. With dozens of patients are examined every day, so B-mode ultrasound doctors often work at full-load every day and lead to eye fatigue. Eye fatigue easily causes erroneous diagnosis or missed diagnosis. With the development of artificial intelligence technology and computer technology, more and more work done by human can be completed by computer instead. The computer will not feel fatigue for long working hours, and its analysis has objectivity and consistency. Therefore, computer-aided diagnosis is an urgent need in the field of B-mode ultrasound. Random forests algorithm is a machine learning algorithm based on decision tree, which can be used for classification. In this study, a B-mode ultrasound texture recognition algorithm for liver based on random forests is established. Compared with CART decision tree algorithm with sufficient samples, it is found that random forests is superior to CART decision tree in the accuracy of texture recognition, so random forests has a good application prospect in the analysis of B-mode ultrasound texture and computer aided diagnosis of diseases.

Revisiting Linear Convolution, Circular Convolution and Their Related Methods 回顾线性卷积、圆卷积及其相关方法

For any linear and time-invariant system, its output is the linear convolution between the variable input sequence and the constant system impulse response. When the input is long and the system impulse response is much shorter, the overlap and add method (OA), and the overlap and save method (OS) are efficient for calculating the response. During the calculation, the long input sequence is sectioned into short blocks and the block circular convolution is computed by the fast Fourier transform (FFT) algorithm. In this paper, we revisit the linear convolution and circular convolution, bring some new perspectives, and make detailed explanations for OA and OS. Firstly, based on the definition of linear convolution, we make comments and also propose a so-called tabulation method for it. Then we establish a relationship between the circular convolution and linear convolution of two same finite-length sequences, and derive a similar tabulation method for the circular convolution. Moreover, we provide an interpretation for OA from the point of view of the tabulation method. Finally, after illustrating OS, we provide a sound proof for it based on the derived relationship between the linear convolution and circular convolution and also make some comments on it.

A Real-Time Impedance Measurement System for EEG Based on Embedded System 基于嵌入式系统的脑电图实时阻抗测量系统

The contact between the electrodes in the electroencephalogram (EEG) machine and the scalp has a great influence on the quality of the EEG. In order to guarantee the quality of the collected brain waves, we designed an embedded real-time impedance measurement system for the EEG. The system uses the ADS1299 chip, which depends on the on-chip current source to generate an alternating current which is higher than the frequency of the EEG signal as the output signal for impedance measurement. After A/D conversion, the obtained signals contain both EEG signals and impedance measurement signals. Furthermore, the system uses stm32f723 as the main control chip to design a filter to separate the two kinds of signals, and calculate the impedance value between the electrode and scalp in real time. In this system, the EEG signal and the impedance value data are stored in the SD card in BDF format at the same time, which provides the basis for judging the effective EEG data in the later signal processing. At the same time, the impedance value is compared with the preset threshold, and the LED is used to indicate whether the scalp is in good contact. Based on stm32F723 embedded system, the whole system has high integration, small volume, high measurement accuracy and strong real-time performance, which is of great significance for obtaining high-quality EEG data.

3D Reconstruction From Monocular Images Based on Deep Convolutional Networks 基于深度卷积网络的单眼图像三维重建

3D reconstruction from monocular images is an essential part of machine vision. The effective reconstruction of 3D models of objects or scenes has become a research focus in computer vision. In this article, we concentrate on restoring the 3D model through the depth information of a monocular image. First and foremost, we use deep learning to get the depth of a single image. Next, the point cloud is reconstructed from the depth map according to the camera parameters to achieve the purpose of the 3D reconstruction. Compared with traditional methods, our approach is faster and more relaxed, and the reconstructed three-dimensional information of scenes can be recovered efficiently, our reconstructed 3D models also have better authenticity.

Modeling of Chinese Brush Deformation Behaviors and Real-time Simulation of Half-dry Strokes 中文笔刷变形行为建模及半干笔划实时仿真

A technology of immersive Chinese brush writing simulation is implemented. Firstly, we combine various animation methods, and fully realize multiple brush deformations such as bending, twisting, flattening, and forking in real time. Secondly, through the construction of an ink texture library and the reasonable design of texture selection and fusion, we achieve the half-dry hollow stroke effect in Chinese calligraphy works. The experimental results show that our technology can well support immersive calligraphy practice.
实现了一种沉浸式毛笔书写仿真技术。首先,结合多种动画制作方法,充分实现了笔刷的弯曲、扭曲、变平、分叉等多种实时变形。其次,通过墨水肌理库的构建和肌理选择与融合的合理设计,实现中国书法作品中的半干空心笔画效果。实验结果表明,我们的技术可以很好地支持沉浸式书法练习。

A Novel Maneuvering Target Tracking Algorithm Using Polynomial Filter 一种新的基于多项式滤波的机动目标跟踪算法

In order to improve the performance of maneuvering target tracking in complex observation scenarios, a composite expanding memory polynomial (EMP)/fading memory polynomial (FMP) filtering algorithm based on the polynomial filter is proposed. According to the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of four forms of polynomial filters, the composite EMP/FMP filter is constructed by combining the self-initialization of EMP filter with the indefinite tracking of FMP filter. Additionally, there is no transient phenomenon when switching two filters. Then, the filter which applies the EMP/FMP filter as the pre-filter, and the unscented Kalman filter (UKF) as the main filter is simulated. The experimental results indicate that the EMP/FMP pre-filter enhances the quality of measurements, and effectively improves the target tracking performance of UKF for maneuvering target.

Improved Adaptive Filtering based Artifact Removal from EEG Signals 基于改进自适应滤波的脑电信号伪影去除

Removal of the artifacts caused by eye movement is the necessary step in EEG (electroencephalogram) preprocessing. In this paper, we study the adaptive filtering algorithm for artifacts removal of eye movement and present a new LMS (Least Mean Square) based algorithm, by using eye movement artifact signal as a reference signal and take the error signal of the LMS system as the estimated EEG signal to achieve a significantly higher signal to noise ratio (SNR). In the experiments with real EEG data, we measure the mutual information (MI) and coherence (COH) that show the output of the new algorithm have better consistency with the original EEG signal. We also calculate the approximate entropy that indicates the output of the new algorithm better maintains nonlinear characteristics of the EEG signal.

A Green Power Traceability Technology Based on Timestamp in a Main-Side Chain System 基于时间戳的主侧链绿色电力溯源技术

With the low carbon emission target out of protecting environment, electric vehicle is a promising transportation tool. The number of electric vehicles is rising rapidly in recent years which creates lots of corresponding charging demands. With both users and charging piles rising, however, condition of charging pile and price of electricity in different district are not transparent for users. In order to promote the benign interaction of production, distribution and consumption of green power, merging blockchain technology is a promising strategy. Unchangeable and traceable property of blockchain can make green power traceable. In this paper, a green power traceable system based on blockchain technology is proposed for providing convenient green power charging services for users. This system consists of main chain, transaction side chain and data side chain. Through the three dimensions of quantity, price and time, the type of energy and the region can be traced. In this system, we proposed a fast tracing technology based on index by timestamp. Experiment contrast index technology with traversal and smart contact. It shows that index by timestamp technology is more effective than traversal and smart contract.

Graph and Word Similarity for Word Sense Disambiguation 词义消歧的图与词相似度

This paper proposes a graph and word similarity method for word sense disambiguation. Perform word sense mapping on the context words of a given ambiguous sentence to obtain the corresponding English words; compute the English word similarity of the obtained English words, and take the English words as vertices, the semantic relations between words as edges, and the similarity values as edges to construct a disambiguation graph; the graph scoring algorithm is used to score the importance of each word sense of the disambiguated words, and the highest score is selected as the final correct word sense. The experimental results show it can effectively use English knowledge resources and obtain a disambiguation accuracy rate of 0.451 on the SemEval-2007 task#5 dataset, which can improve the accuracy of Chinese word sense disambiguation.

A Realization Framework of International Image Prediction System for Film and TV Works 国际影视作品图像预测系统的实现框架

International image is the window of a country to the world. This paper introduces how we use technologies such as reptile technology, natural language processing, clustering, and data visualization to collect relevant information about film and television works and analyze the internationally spread image of China’s film and television works. In addition, an emotion dictionary is established, the emotion index is calculated, and the positiveness of the image is evaluated. Finally, a prediction system was established, and the two functions of the prediction of communication image and recommendation of communication strategy are realized through preset algorithms. The system can be applied to the work of cultural transmission to help build a national image consistent with China’s long-standing culture and prosperity.
国际形象是一个国家向世界展示的窗口。本文介绍了如何利用爬虫技术、自然语言处理、聚类、数据可视化等技术收集影视作品的相关信息,分析中国影视作品的国际传播形象。此外,建立了情感词典,计算了情感指数,并对图像的正性进行了评价。最后,建立了一个预测系统,通过预设算法实现了通信图像预测和通信策略推荐两个功能。该系统可以应用于文化传播工作,帮助建立与中国悠久的文化和繁荣相一致的国家形象。
