摘要

采用随机前沿模型对2009-2015年中国30个省区高技术产业R&D创新效率进行测度,分析空间效应对高技术产业R&D创新效率的影响。研究发现,区域高技术产业研发创新效率存在较大差异和显著的空间相关性;创新产出呈现空间效应,对创新效率有显著的正向影响;企业规模与研发创新效率之间存在显著的U型关系;政府财政支持对研发创新效率有显著的负向影响,政府税收支持对研发创新效率有显著的正向影响。区域科技水平和区域经济水平对研发创新效率没有显著影响。
