Specifically, we investigate the mode involving multi-level cooperation, seeking potential cooperative projects and continuously providing post-supports to cooperators. The findings show that the continuous cooperation mode is proactively seeking project resources based on the expected performance with the aim to expand market demands, and this mode is also a deep exploration for innovating corporate operation and maintaining market stability. However, this mode requires companies to competently subdivide projects and re-integrate the divided projects. 摘要

本研究选取生物技术行业的领导者Biogen Idec公司为案例,分析其在虚拟组织中的持续合作模式。具体而言,我们探索多层次合作模式,寻找潜在的合作项目,并不断为合作方提供后期支持。研究结果表明,持续合作模式是以预期业绩为基础,主动寻求项目资源,扩大市场需求,也是创新企业运营,维护市场稳定的深度探索。但是,这种模式要求公司对项目进行有效的细分,并对被细分的项目进行重新整合。最后,讨论了该模式在企业运营中的可行性,以及对我国企业建立虚拟组织的启示。
