Therefore, Kaohsiung City Government started up the energy investigation and improvement for Energy Saving Plans. A total of 3,000 energy users were selected form 20 categories in service industry to conduct energy investigation in order to gather the electricity consumption and feedback recommendations from the domain experts, for developing the energy saving policy-driven strategies.
