Data collection method using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using SmartPLS 3. 摘要

本研究旨在以工作动机为中介变量,分析Bima市SMKN教师职业发展和工作纪律对绩效的影响。本研究采用的方法是定量的。调查对象为68人,从比马市SMKN学校217名教师中按比例抽取。数据收集方法采用问卷调查。使用SmartPLS的数据分析技术研究结果表明:职业发展、工作纪律和工作动机对比马市SMKN教师的绩效有正向显著影响,动机对职业发展具有中介作用,工作纪律对比马市SMKN教师的绩效有正向显著影响。
