摘要

智能技术有望提高人们的生活质量,尤其是对老年人和残疾人而言。在“智慧城市”模式下,增加住宅区吸引力的新挑战出现了。本文以老龄化社会为研究对象,分析了智慧小区发展的驱动因素和制约因素。事实证明,自然用户界面可以被视为一种强制技术。因此,建议在对话系统中实现特定于领域的条件和概念,以提供自适应服务。目标是降低接受门槛,并为所有利益相关者创造附加价值。
