اشكالية التغيير الاجتماعي المعاصر من خلال مقاربة لنظرية التخلف الثقافي عند وليم أوكبرن - W. Ogburn = Modern Social Change Problematic through Ogburn's Cultural Backwardness Theory

This paper deals with the phenomenon of social change through the adoption of the American scientist William Ogburn’s theory known as ‘the theory of cultural backwardness’. We seek also to approach to the reality of contemporary Arab societies and its impact on materialistic aspects represented by means of communication or cultural globalization, and the effects of the latter on the Arab cultural construction.
