This Experiential Learning Cycle (ELC) learning approach method, namely: understanding, relevant methods, and implementation of the ELC learning approach in Class X Students of Welding Engineering SMK Negeri 2 Karang Baru. It is felt that it is very necessary to apply OSH in the workshop environment and other practice places, because the interest and motivation as well as the learning outcomes of students in these classes are still low. The subjects of this study amounted to 20 people. The research data was obtained by using a performance test in the form of an introduction to K3 tools and student observation sheets. From the results of this study it was revealed that students' ability/concern about OSH in using interactive learning methods could be improved. 摘要

课堂行动研究(CAR)的开展考虑了通过各种方式或最佳学习策略来提高学习成果质量的重要性,其中教师在帮助学生参与学习方面发挥着非常重要的作用。这种体验式学习周期(ELC)学习方法,即:对焊接工程SMK Negeri 2 Karang Baru X班学生ELC学习方法的理解、相关方法和实施。认为在车间环境和其他实践场所应用职业安全健康是非常必要的,因为学生在这些课堂上的兴趣和动力以及学习成果仍然很低。这项研究的对象达20人。研究数据是通过使用K3工具介绍和学生观察表形式的性能测试获得的。本研究的结果显示,使用互动学习方法,学生对职业安全与健康的能力/关注是可以提高的。在完成第一阶段(65%)和第二阶段(100%)的学生中,第一阶段和第二阶段的学生学习成果平均得分继续上升(从81.75上升到87.90)。
