随着智能手机用户的增加和LTE数据传输速度的提高,手机的用途变得更加多样化。以网元为中心的监控OSS (Operation Support System,运营支持系统)难以监控网络业务并保持稳定的服务质量。本文介绍了移动网络服务质量监控的概念和需要实现的功能。在此基础上,提出实施服务质量监控OSS,实现高效运维。

Problems and feasibility consideration of service-forcused monitoring OSS over mobile networks
The usage of the mobile phone becomes more diversified, as smart phone users increase and data transmission speed becomes faster by LTE. It is difficult to monitor the network service and maintain stable service quality with the NE-focused monitoring OSS (Operation Support System). In this paper, we show the concept and required functions of the service quality monitoring for mobile networks. Additionally, we propose the implementation of the service quality monitoring OSS to achieve the efficient O&M.
