It was found that optimum MRR is obtained with 48W power and cutting speed of 6 mm/s. 摘要

在CO2激光切割过程中,最佳切割参数的确定对获得良好的切割效果至关重要。本实验以凝胶叶纤维/不饱和聚酯(ALF/UP)为试样。使用Agel叶纤维作为复合增强材料是为了解决可持续发展问题。本研究的目的是找出ALF/UP复合材料激光切割过程中的材料去除率。实验中采用田口L27正交阵列法确定影响CO2激光切割过程的参数。方差分析用于找出哪些切削参数对MRR影响最大。实验采用激光切割机的4个参数,激光功率(36、48、60 W),切割速度(2、4、6 mm/s),喷嘴尖端距离(24、26、28 mm),切割角度(0、30、45°),以及复合材料本身的1个参数,层数(4、6、8层)。结果表明,当切削功率为48W,切削速度为6mm /s时,切削比最佳。喷嘴尖端距离和切割角度等参数对MRR的影响不显著。
