摘要

为了从中国国情出发,促进新能源逐步有序参与市场,在保证新能源合理收益的基础上,本文提出了一种逐年评估新能源发电收益及市场化比例的计算方法。在这种方法中,既有单位和新建单位的收入分别合理化。以保障新能源企业合理收入、保障居民和农业用户购电来源、完成消费责任权重指标为边界条件,构建新能源逐年释放占比计算模型。基于该计算方法,对西北某省的实际计算实例进行了计算,验证了本文所描述的计算方法在该省电力市场新能源市场化比例计算中的有效性。
