Using the FOSDT to model the axial and vertical displacements of this actuator, we used the F.E.M. method to discretize the beam. 摘要

近年来已有研究将压电作动器引入工程领域,研究了其在多种参数影响下的性能。采用一阶剪切变形理论(FOSDT)、有限元法对具有分层带的两压电层构成的双晶型梁进行了建模,利用Newmark方法对得到的运动方程进行了求解,并用Matlab进行了计算。以PVDF双晶束为材料,在上下两层之间存在脱层带的情况下,研究了多个参数对压电致动器性能的影响。如环境温度的变化,结构阻尼系数和一些几何参数的变化。利用FOSDT对该作动器的轴向和垂直位移进行建模,采用有限元法对梁进行离散化。分层梁比完全粘结梁具有更强的致动性。
