A SecureApproach for MedicalData Transmission 一种安全的医疗数据传输方法

Medical records are very crucial and sensitive data. These records need to be maintained with maximum security preventing it from any kind of misuse. The medical records are sent to a research institute for analysis of the record or to figure out the cure for the disease. The data can be modified in the channel or might be misused by the third party agent who has access to either complete or partial medical records. One cannot completely trust the channel or the agent who has access to the data. To secure the medical data during transmission in the channel we encrypt the data before it is actually sent through the channel. By applying the process of encryption and decryption the data can be securely transmitted through the channel. The secondary issue identified was to figure out any untrustworthy agent, who might have probably leaked the data. In this paper we discuss an approach to provide security to extremely sensitive data by providing channel security.

Basic Issues in Forming a World-Class Supply Chain 形成世界级供应链的基本问题

Supply chain management (SCM) practices in today's global, complex, networked and web-enabled business conditions demand world-class performance from all chain partners. This study addresses the basic issues in becoming a world-class supply chain. The main aspects involving people, process and technology dimensions are put forward and comprehensively discussed. It is revealed that along with the IT-based integrity issues and performance management aspects, managing the soft concepts such as `leadership in an extended context' and `trust-based relationships' appear as the keys for success.

A Hybrid Discrete Flower Pollination Algorithm for Graph Coloring Problem 图着色问题的一种混合离散花授粉算法

Flower pollination algorithm is a recent nature inspired algorithm for continuous optimization problems. This algorithm is inspired by the pollination process of flowers. In this paper, we introduce for the first time a hybrid discrete version of the algorithm to deal with the graph coloring problem. The proposed algorithm uses swap and inversion strategies and adapts the efficient constructive method called RLF (Recursive Largest First) to deal with invalid solutions. The performance of the algorithm is evaluated on benchmark instances set and the preliminary results show promising results where it achieves the exact solution in almost cases.

Web services are expected to play significant role in message communications over internet applications. Most of the future work is web security. Online shopping and web services are increasing at rapid rate. In this paper, we have presented the fundamental concepts related to web security threats, web server architectures, and web server protocols. QoS web service security is important concern in network communications and firewalls security. we have discussed various issues and challenges of web security including the fundamental concepts of network security encryption, decryption processes and network security hierarchies. In this paper, we also address various issues related to secure communications, and handshake protocol using lossless compression technique to improve the speed of web services. As a case study, it is also about implementing message authentication code using using HTTP secured socket layer approach.

Architectural Stability Evolution in Open-Source Systems 开源系统中的架构稳定性演变

Open-source software systems are becoming progressively vital these days. Since open-source softwares are usually developed in a different management style, the quality of their architectures needs to be studied. ISO/IEC SQuaRe quality standard characterized stability as one of the sub-characteristics of maintainability. Unstable software architecture could cause the software to require high maintenance cost and effort. Almost all stability related studies target the package level. To our knowledge, there has been no proposed work in literature that addresses the stability at the system architecture level. In this work, we propose a simple, yet efficient, technique that is based on carefully aggregating the package level stability in order to measure the change in the architecture level stability as the architecture evolution happens. The proposed method can be used to further study the cause behind the positive or negative architecture stability changes.

Clinical Laboratory Test Results Reader 临床化验结果阅读器

Deciphering the medical laboratory test results is not ease to read or understand by most of people; leaving them with more questions than answers. This paper points out some of the different sections that may be found on a typical lab report and proposes a mobile application to alert patient in case of outside the normal results and provides basics treatment options. The application induces patients to discuss the lab test results with their health practitioner in case of major un-healthy results. Through a usable graphical interface, the user enters the selective results values, the application process the results using an algorithm to determine the status of the results and displays a compatible alert message which includes results status(normal or outside the normal) and a first aid in case of un normal results[1], [12].

Resource Allocation Technique to Obtain Energy Efficient Cloud 获取节能云的资源分配技术

Cloud computing has been featured in the information and communication technology by providing end users by on-demand computing resources. The enormous demand on cloud computing services resulted in setting up data centers around the world with thousands of computer stations. However, these data centers consume huge amount of power thus increasing operational costs in addition to the negative impact on the environment. This paper presents an enhanced resource allocation technique that uses an enhanced resource allocation technique that takes into consideration two factors; the CPU and the RAM.

Towards Agent Oriented Methodology: A Fuzzy based Formal Refinement Approach for Multi-agent 面向智能体的方法:一种基于模糊的多智能体形式化改进方法

This paper aims to provide a general framework for the design of complex systems such as multi-agents systems (MAS). It is based on formal specification model which supports MAS requirements. This model, called Open Fuzzy Synchronized Petri Net (OFSyPN), is an extension of Synchronized Petri net enhanced by fuzziness, openness and interaction with environment. The approach is based on a rigorous refinement process. It distinguishes between predictable and unpredictable behaviors. Also, the approach is based on gathering requirement process, which allows capturing requirement in well-structured manner.

A New Sweep Up/Down Phenomenon between the Chaotic and Regular Regions in a New R2L2D Circuit 一种新的R2L2D电路混沌区与规则区之间的上/下扫现象

In this paper, we report a new and strange phenomena, which is encountered in a newly-developed circuit, namely R2L2D circuit. This new phenomena, which we called as the "sweep up/down effect" has been observed when the successive dynamic responses of the circuit have been explored by only adjusting the peak-to-peak amplitudes Vpp at a constant feeding frequency, namely f=65 KHz. In one of our recent paper [Kurt, et al, 2014], this new circuit has been explored for a wide feeding amplitude and frequency regimes, whereas this effect has not been recognized at that time due to the lack of sensitivity. However, the detailed observations prove that the sweep up/down effect governs the identification of the dynamics in terms of periodic and chaotic regimes. Thus it gives a kind of uncertainty region at the threshold of the regimes depending on the feeding voltage increase or decrease. Besides, for a certain system parameter, i.e. Vpp, the chaotic and periodic region co-exists phenomenologically. This effect becomes vital for the synchronization and encryption studies in the sense that the decrease/increase in amplitude certainly yield to regular or chaotic behavior in the output. In addition, the transitions from regular regime to the chaotic one or vice-verse takes place without any period doubling procedure apart from the traditional observations.

This new phenomena, which we called as the \"sweep up/down effect\" has been observed when the successive dynamic responses of the circuit have been explored by only adjusting the peak-to-peak amplitudes Vpp at a constant feeding frequency, namely f=65 KHz. In one of our recent paper [Kurt, et al, 2014], this new circuit has been explored for a wide feeding amplitude and frequency regimes, whereas this effect has not been recognized at that time due to the lack of sensitivity. However, the detailed observations prove that the sweep up/down effect governs the identification of the dynamics in terms of periodic and chaotic regimes. Thus it gives a kind of uncertainty region at the threshold of the regimes depending on the feeding voltage increase or decrease. Besides, for a certain system parameter, i.e. Vpp, the chaotic and periodic region co-exists phenomenologically. This effect becomes vital for the synchronization and encryption studies in the sense that the decrease/increase in amplitude certainly yield to regular or chaotic behavior in the output. Diversity Based Improved Bagging Algorithm 基于多样性的改进Bagging算法

Bagging is a well known method for designing classifier ensembles. It builds an ensemble of classifier trained on different bootstrap replicates of the training data set. In this paper an improvement to bagging algorithm called DivBagging is presented and studied in depth. The experimental results show that DivBagging is a promising method for ensemble pruning. We believe that it has many advantages over similar methods such as Bagging and Learn because their mechanism is solely based on selecting the most accurate base classifiers.
