This system will be used for evaluating the virtual class in rural areas where the network capacity is limited. This virtual class service has been implemented in rural area where the users are the students of elementary school and teachers. The satisfaction of users is the most important thing that must be accounted to evaluate the success of service. The evaluation system is being designed using SERVQUAL methodology. SERVQUAL is a method for measuring user satisfaction. It compares between the expectation and user perception of one service. This is a quantitative method where the user of virtual classroom will give score of their expectation and perception. There are some aspects that will be measured using this method, they are tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty. However, to ensure the validity of the measuring of these aspects, the SERVQUAL questionaire must be designed well and easily to understand by the user. The purpose of this paper system is designing a web based system that can be used to evaluate the virtual class that has being operated so far using SERVQUAL methodology as a basis for the system. 摘要

本文介绍了虚拟课堂服务评价系统的设计。该系统将用于网络容量有限的农村地区的虚拟课堂评价。该虚拟课堂服务已在农村地区实现,用户主要是小学生和教师。用户的满意度是评价服务是否成功的最重要的因素。目前正在使用SERVQUAL方法设计评价系统。SERVQUAL是一种测量用户满意度的方法。它比较了用户对一项服务的期望和感知。这是一种定量的方法,虚拟课堂的用户将对他们的期望和感知进行评分。有一些方面将使用这种方法进行测量,他们是有形的,可靠性,响应性,保证和强调。但是,为了保证这些方面测量的有效性,SERVQUAL问卷必须设计得好,易于用户理解。本文系统的目的是设计一个基于web的系统,可以使用SERVQUAL方法作为系统的基础,对目前已经运行的虚拟类进行评估。用户满意度是IT服务成功与否最重要的关键因素。
